I highly recommend this company for any roofing repairs or replacements. They did a phenomenal job on my house. They made time in their busy schedule to repair my roof with a closing date on the sale of my house quickly approaching. Not only that but they made time to get everything on the job done same day, clean up and all. The owner, Michael, also took time after his long day to meet with me after the job was completed to walk me through every bit of work completed. We couldn't be happier with our new roof from Trademark Exteriors. We are very pleased with their workmanship and it carries a lifetime warranty. Our 5600 SF installation was 95% done in one day thanks to them sending a crew of 16. When the electrical connections were too short for the new power vents they paid for electricians to climb 14' in our attic and run additional wiring. They purchased an EagleView report and sent it with their initial quote. I got quotes from 2 other companies, Trademark was the only one who shared the report. I cannot say enough good things about Michael and his team at Trademark. He came out and performed a free roof inspection and uncovered damage (that we were unaware had occurred) from the 4/19/23 tornado in April of 2024 while we were looking for new home owners insurance. He showed us pictures of the damage, explained how it had happened and why it was important to fix. He assured us he would help make the process smooth and painless for us. We filed our claim, he met the adjuster at our house and walked the job with them to make sure nothing was overlooked. Our appointment was on a Friday with the adjuster, we had our estimate that night, he reviewed it with us over the weekend and by the following week his crew was here replacing our roof (it would have been sooner but he had to coordinate removal of our solar system). He handled every detail for us, removal/reinstall of the solar, complete roof tear-off and replacement in a single day (3,600sf house with multiple roof lines/dormers etc), gutter removal/replacement and re-staining of damaged areas. All of this with no upfront costs from us. The best part was he answered every call, every text and every question no matter the time or day, easy to reach and always telling us what to expect and when.
